A
Attention (A)
Directed perception: I moving towards O.
▼I moving directedly towards O. Focused presence that influences the field.
Attention is not passive looking, but an active movement of consciousness towards a specific point in the field. This directedness affects what becomes visible and how the field organizes itself.
C
Coherence (C)
When everything fits and is attuned: calm, flow, clarity.
▼The state in which I, V and O are attuned to each other.
There is:
- calm
- clarity
- flow
- connection
Coherence is the natural state when there is no noise. The system then functions optimally and experiences effortlessness.
D
Decoherence (D)
When things go out of phase: noise, friction, tension.
▼The state in which I, V and O go out of phase.
There arises:
- noise
- confusion
- cramping
- friction
Decoherence is the opposite of coherence. The system becomes disturbed and experiences resistance.
Direction (V)
Intention, choice, focus — the movement arrow of consciousness.
▼The vector of consciousness: choice, intention, direction. The vibration that decides where you move internally. The diagonal form that gives direction.
V is not only where you're going, but also the force with which you move. It determines which possibilities become visible in the field.
Disruption (Ont)
Loss of coherence in a system.
▼Degree of loss of coherence. Less attunement → more disruption.
Disruption is measurable by the amount of friction, tension and noise in a system. It is the gauge for how far a system is from its natural coherence.
De-noising
Removing noise instead of correcting behaviour.
▼Removing noise instead of correcting behaviour. One blockage out → entire system relaxes.
Instead of focusing on what's "wrong" or wanting to change behaviour, de-noising focuses on removing the underlying noise. When the noise disappears, the system restores itself.
E
E = I · V · O · M
Experience arises through the coherence of observer, direction, field and matter.
▼Experience arises through the coherence of:
- I (observer)
- V (direction)
- O (field)
- M (matter/manifestation)
The same situation can be experienced completely differently depending on your consciousness state. The formula shows that experience is not an objective given, but always an interplay of inner state and circumstances.
Entanglement (Ent)
The coupling between two people or systems — sensing without words.
▼The way two systems influence each other. You feel the other before anything is said.
Entanglement explains why you sometimes know exactly how someone feels without anything being said. It is the invisible connection between fields.
Experience Stability (Sᵉ)
How long something lingers in a system.
▼How long something lingers in a system. Some experiences dissolve quickly — others hook into matter/context.
Stability explains why some experiences pass and others stick. It depends on how deeply the experience is rooted in the system.
F
Field
The invisible dynamics between people, situations and context.
▼The invisible space between people, situations and interactions. The "in-between" where tension, connection and direction arise before behaviour becomes visible.
The field is not visible but is felt. It determines the atmosphere, the possibilities and the limitations of a situation.
Field Dynamics
The movement in the field: rhythm, tension, direction, coherence.
▼The movement in that field: rhythm, tension, direction, coherence.
Field dynamics describes how a field is in motion — where energy flows to, where it stalls, where it accelerates or slows down.
Field Reading
Looking at the field behind the words.
▼Looking at the field behind the words: rhythm, tension, coherence, micro-signals.
Field reading is a skill that can be developed. It's about perceiving what's really happening, beyond the surface of words and behaviour.
Field Space (Φ)
The amount of space for new experience or movement.
▼The amount of space for new possibilities, creation or movement. More space = less tension.
Field space determines how much is possible. A full field has little room for new movement. An open field has potential for creation and change.
Flow
Effortlessness. Everything moves by itself.
▼When the coherent component (Iᵣ, Vᵣ, Oᵣ) is greater than tension.
You feel:
- timelessness
- effortlessness
- focus
- creation
Flow is not a state you force, but one that arises when noise is absent and everything becomes attuned.
I
I — The Observer
The part of you that looks without judgment.
▼The silent centre of consciousness. No judgment, no story, only seeing. The vertical line in the visual language: the point of clarity.
I is not your identity or your ego, but the pure consciousness that observes. It is the place from which you look, before you give meaning.
I·V·O
The basic structure of consciousness: observation × direction × field.
▼Consciousness works via three cooperating components:
- I (observer)
- V (direction)
- O (field)
Together they form the foundation of experience. These three elements cannot be seen separately — they continuously influence each other.
Instrument
Your consciousness — the system through which you perceive.
▼Your own consciousness. How you feel, see, attune. This must remain clear for pure fieldwork.
Just as a musical instrument must be tuned to sound pure, your consciousness must be clear to perceive purely. A clouded instrument gives clouded perception.
M
Micro-signals
Small shifts that show a system is moving.
▼Small shifts in:
- breath
- posture
- gaze
- timing
- micro-tension
They show that a system is shifting before behaviour changes. Micro-signals are the first indicators of movement in the field.
Mismatch
Situations or people moving on a different frequency.
▼Situations or people moving on a different frequency. When you work with this, noise arises.
A mismatch is not right or wrong — it is simply a difference in resonance. The signal is: this doesn't fit your system at this moment.
N
Next-step Logic
Following the next logical step that the system itself indicates.
▼No planning, but following the next logical step that the system itself indicates.
Instead of thinking ahead and planning, you follow what is most logical now. The system always shows what the next step is — if you look.
Noise
Everything that causes tension, disturbance or impurity in a system.
▼Everything that causes tension in a system:
- unspoken emotions
- hidden patterns
- contradictory intentions
- too many words
- impure rhythm
Noise is not necessarily negative — it is information. It points to where attunement is lacking or where something in the system needs attention.
O
O — The Field
The context in which experience arises: space, potential.
▼The circle. The space in which experience can arise. Potential, bedding, context.
O is not only the physical environment, but also the energetic space, the relationships, the history, the culture — everything that forms the context in which your consciousness operates.
R
Resonance
The feeling that something fits, belongs or is true.
▼Resonance is the signal that something fits your system. It feels like recognition, like coming home, like truth.
Resonance is not an emotion but a field signal. It gives direction to where you do or don't move.
Resonance Protection
What doesn't fit or belong, you let pass by.
▼What doesn't fit or belong with your system, you let pass by. Not out of rejection — but to keep your instrument pure.
Resonance protection is a form of self-care for your consciousness. You protect the clarity of your perception by not working with what doesn't resonate.
Rhythm
Internal timing of a person or system.
▼Internal timing of a person or system.
- If rhythms don't match → friction
- If rhythms synchronize → connection
Rhythm is about tempo, timing and cadence. Two people can agree on content but still experience friction if their rhythm differs.
S
Self-coherence
Your internal attunement: does what you feel, think, say and do align?
▼Your internal attunement: does what you feel, think, say and do align?
Self-coherence is the degree to which your own system is aligned. If there is contradiction between what you feel and what you do, internal noise arises that affects your fieldwork.
T
Tension
The internal pressure in a system when something doesn't fit.
▼The internal pressure in a system when something doesn't fit.
Tension is a signal, not a problem. It points to where attention is needed, where something has fallen out of coherence, where movement is blocked.
V
V — Direction
Intention, movement, focus. The internal vector that determines where consciousness moves.
▼V is the direction component of consciousness. It is the vector: the arrow, the movement, the choice, the orientation.
Where I looks and O offers space, V determines how consciousness moves:
- it directs your attention
- it shapes your intention
- it determines the direction of your energy
- it shows where you inwardly want to go
Without V, consciousness is passive. With V, consciousness gains direction, flow and meaning.
W
Witnessing
Being present without steering — pure looking.
▼Being present without judgment, intervention or correction. Looking clearly so the system can regulate itself.
Witnessing is the art of non-doing. By being purely present without wanting to change, you give the system space to restore itself.
